1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and y899 ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the y899 website located at https://y899.app and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered thereon (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the y899 platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotional offer, you unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. 3 Account Registration & Security

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) y899 account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.

When registering an account with y899, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and a valid email address. y899 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process and may request supporting documentation — including a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — before processing withdrawals or when otherwise deemed necessary.

y899 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion if it determines, or reasonably suspects, that registration information is false, incomplete, or misleading, or that the account is being used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

y899 operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All account balances, deposits, wagers, wins, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. y899 does not charge currency conversion fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently of y899.

The following payment methods are currently supported on the y899 platform for Pakistani players:

• EasyPaisa — Instant deposits; withdrawals typically processed within 10 minutes.
• JazzCash — Instant deposits; withdrawals typically processed within 10 minutes.
• HBL Internet Banking — Bank transfers subject to standard HBL processing times.

y899 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The payment account used to deposit must be registered in your own name, matching the identity details held on your y899 account. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned, and associated accounts may be closed.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the promotion and must be read in full before opting in.

The following general bonus terms apply across all y899 promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to registered y899 players who meet the eligibility criteria for the specific promotion.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.

6 Gameplay Rules & Game Integrity

All casino games available on y899 — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, Plinko, and virtual sports — utilise certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology that has been independently audited by recognised testing laboratories. The outcome of every game is determined solely by the RNG and is not subject to manipulation by y899 or any third party.

Sports betting markets offered on y899, including PSL cricket, international Test cricket, T20 competitions, and UFC events, are governed by the specific sports betting rules published within the sportsbook section of the platform. In the event of any discrepancy between a sporting event's result and its recording on y899's platform, the official governing body's result shall be deemed final, subject to y899's internal review process.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the y899 platform. Engaging in any of the below activities will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account or identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or KYC information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI tools, or any other technological means to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer poker or other multi-player formats.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the y899 platform — including but not limited to the y899 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, promotional materials, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of y899 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the y899 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any y899 content without the express prior written consent of y899.

Any unauthorised use of y899's intellectual property will constitute an infringement of y899's rights and may result in civil and/or criminal liability under applicable law.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, y899 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the y899 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes, including losses arising from bonus wager requirements.
• Technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or game malfunctions beyond y899's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers including EasyPaisa, JazzCash, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank.

In all cases where y899 is found liable, the maximum aggregate liability of y899 to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your y899 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Responsible Gaming

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or unverifiable identity or KYC documentation.
• Suspected involvement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7 of this Agreement.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements mandating account restriction.
• Extended account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months without any login or transaction activity.
• Request by the player to close their own account, including via self-exclusion.

You may request the closure of your y899 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your registered EasyPaisa or JazzCash wallet, subject to completion of applicable KYC and AML checks. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Dormant account fees may apply to accounts that remain inactive for periods exceeding twelve (12) months. The applicable fee schedule and dormancy terms will be communicated to the registered email address on file prior to any deduction being made.

12 Amendments to These Terms

If the dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, it shall be referred to the independent dispute resolution body designated by y899's licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights under any applicable consumer protection laws that may be available to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
